Shipping Policy

(a) We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Orders are processed generally within 1-3 business days of receipt from our warehouse. During high-volume order periods, orders may take an additional 1-3 business days to process. As a general rule, orders placed after 4 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend will begin processing starting on the following Monday, unless Monday is a holiday, at which point the applicable orders will begin processing on Tuesday. The estimated delivery times displayed at checkout do not reflect our handling period. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order. All shipping costs for domestic (US) orders are reflected at checkout.

(b) Order Tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

(c) Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

(d) Shipping Restrictions. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

(e) Lost or Damaged Packages. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at help@12matcha.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

(f) Changes and Cancellations. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@12matcha.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
